Welcome to Prismatic Car Care. By accessing our website or utilizing our automotive detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), window tinting, paint correction, or vinyl wrap services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Prismatic Car Care provides high-end automotive protection and restyling services, including ceramic coatings, PPF, window tinting, paint correction, mobile detailing, and vinyl wrapping. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All services are subject to scheduling and availability.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Estimates provided online, via email, or over the phone are preliminary figures based on initial vehicle information. Final pricing is determined upon physical inspection of the vehicle's paint, surface condition, and size. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if additional labor or surface preparation is required (e.g., severe contamination, paint defects, or excessive interior debris).

3. Appointments and Cancellations

We request that customers arrive on time for scheduled studio appointments or have their vehicle accessible for mobile detailing appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to show or provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

4. Warranties

We stand behind our installation quality. Applicable manufacturer warranties apply to film and coating products (e.g., PPF, ceramic window tints, ceramic coatings) according to the terms specified for each product line. Eligible packages include product-specific warranty coverage covering material defects such as bubbling, peeling, or premature degradation under normal use. Warranties do not cover damage caused by motor vehicle accidents, road hazards, chemical abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.

5. Vehicle Condition & Belongings

We ask that vehicles brought in for service be emptied of personal valuables. Prismatic Car Care is not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle. Vehicles with excessive interior dirt, pet hair, or biohazards may be subject to additional cleaning fees prior to service. We perform a pre-service inspection and are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deep scratches, rock chips, or clear coat failure.

6. Aftercare & Maintenance

Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the performance and warranty of window films, ceramic coatings, and PPF. Specific aftercare guidelines (such as cure times and wash instructions) will be provided upon completion. Failure to follow recommended aftercare procedures may void applicable warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prismatic Car Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of use or intangible losses resulting from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
