What Should a Window Tint Quote Include?
A useful tint quote identifies which glass is included and what film will be installed. Vehicle shape, window count, existing film and product choice can change the work. Ask for the complete scope rather than comparing two prices labeled ceramic tint without knowing what each covers.

Name the windows individually
A quote for front side windows is different from one covering side and rear glass. Windshield strips, full windshield applications where suitable, quarter glass and roof glass require specific discussion. Do not assume all glass is included in a standard package or that every requested surface is eligible.
Identify existing film and condition
Old film can introduce removal and adhesive-cleanup work, especially around delicate features such as defroster lines. Tell the shop about bubbling, discoloration, scratches or prior removal attempts. Ask whether inspection or a separate removal estimate is needed, and confirm availability rather than assuming this work is bundled.
Compare the finished installation
Request the actual film line, shade choices and relevant specifications. Confirm applicable warranty terms, taxes, pickup expectations and aftercare. If two quotes differ, look first at their windows, products and preparation. A low headline price can describe a smaller job without being directly comparable to a larger package.
